  Rules:

Swim - Swim to the right of buoys.  Swimmers must wear swim caps.

Bike - Bikers must wear helmets, no drafting.  There will be a lead and trail vehicle on course - no personal support vehicles.


Run - Cars have right of way.  Road guards and 1 water stop provided.
